In order to verify that the chargebacks have been reversed, please send us the email correspondence with the credit card company stating that those charges are no longer being contested. If you are unable to provide email correspondence, please have the bank fax a letter to (650) 472-9177 saying that these charges are no longer being contested. This letter should include the dates, amounts, credit card information, and any other transaction information for the chargebacks.
