We have just checked Department A's recorder No.AAA and found that the following doubtful problems are concerned with the producing country Singapore : 1. Shipment of the goods are not usually made between Week 22 and Week 23 which are long holidays in Singapore. However, the following table lists the cargo movement for a total quantity of 10k during the afore-said holidays. 2. Between Week 24 and Week 27, two or more shipments but not exceeding four shipments per week are made , but only one vessel sailing is available for each week. The following table lists the relevent quantity per week: 3. The listed quantities show that the dates of AAA are later than those of BBB: In addition, the calculation of the CCC's report is based on each week's Friday which we used as delivery date because shipping schedules will also show the same date for the prupose of matching operation.
